William (Bill) Haigh is a native Iowan who grew up in the Quad Cities. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Public Administration. Bill taught high school social studies, coached at Palmer, East Central of Miles and Manning and was an active ISEA member.
After teaching, Bill worked for the Iowa Senate for twelve years, and was intimately involved in education funding and education legislation in Iowa from 1986-1997. He started his own business before going back to state government as the legislative liaison and public information officer for the State Information Technology Department. Since 2001, Bill has helped people prepare for retirement through proper planning and use of the very best financial vehicles available to middle income families.
